Cedd Moses, the nightlifer who created Los Angeles joints such as the Golden Gopher and Broadway Bar, has opened Seven Grand at the intersection of 7th Street and Grand Avenue. This bar is all about the whiskey, with nearly 300 flavors on the menu. Other speakeasy-type cocktails are available as well.
