Dubai To Get AED 20 Bn, 2km Long Air Conditioned, Glass-Covered Boulevard & Crystal Lagoon

Dubai To Get 2 km Air Conditioned Boulevard

Azizi Developments unveiled an AED 20 billion ($5.44 billion) plan to build a mixed-use development that will include luxury villas, residential units, commercial space, and entertainment areas.

According to sources, the boulevard will be covered by a canopy that will provide shade and protect visitors from the scorching sun. The canopy will also feature a state-of-the-art air conditioning system, ensuring that the temperature remains pleasant even during the hottest months of the year.

A 2km-long, air-conditioned boulevard will be built in Dubai -

The development, located in Dubai South, will feature a unique, two-kilometer-long, air-conditioned boulevard that is anticipated to draw 100,000 daily visitors from outside the community.
