The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the business hours of all its services during Eid Al Fitr holidays. The timings will be effective from Ramadan 29 to Shawaal 3, which will be from Thursday, April 20 to Sunday, April 23. Regular business hours will resume on Shawaal 4, Monday, April 24. In addition to public transport, the RTA will also provide free parking in Dubai during Eid.
Free Parking in Dubai during Eid Al Fitr
During the Eid Al Fitr holiday, public parking will be free of charge from Thursday to Sunday, except for multi-level parking terminals, which will continue to operate as normal. Parking fees will resume on Monday, April 24.

Dubai Metro and Tram
The Dubai Metro Red and Green Line stations will operate from 5:00 am to 1:00 am (of the following day) from Thursday to Saturday, and from 8:00 am to 1:00 am (of the following day) on Sunday. The Dubai Tram will operate from 6:00 am to 1:00 am (of the following day) from Thursday to Saturday, and from 9:00 am to 1:00 am (of the following day) on Sunday.

Public Buses
Public bus stations across Dubai will operate from 6:00 am to 1:00 am (of the following day), while the timing of the metro feeder bus stations will be synchronized with the timing of the first and last metro journeys. Inter-City bus routes currently in operation include:
- E16 from Al Sabkha to Hatta
- E100 from Al Ghubaiba to Abu Dhabi
- E101 from Ibn Battuta to Abu Dhabi
- E102 from Ibn Battuta to Musaffah
- E201 from Al Ghubaiba to Al Ain
- E303 from the Union Station to Al Jubail in Sharjah
- E306 from Al Ghubaiba to Al Jubail in Sharjah
- E307 from City Centre Deira to Al Jubail in Sharjah
- E307A from Abu Hail to Al Jubail in Sharjah
- E315 from Etisalat station to Muwaileh in Sharjah
- E400 from the Union station to Ajman
- E411 from the Etisalat station to Ajman
- E700 from the Union Station to Fujairah

Marine Transport
Water Bus and abra services will be available during Eid Al Fitr.
The timing of the Water Bus from Thursday to Sunday will be:
- Dubai Marina (BM1) Marina Mall – Marina Walk (and vice versa) from 11:00am to 11:43pm
- Marina Promenade – Marina Mall from 1:56pm to 10:43pm
- Marina Terrace – Marina Walk from 2pm to 10:46pm and full route from 4:50pm to 10:20pm.
Abra timings during the Eid Al Fitr holiday from Thursday to Sunday will be:
- Dubai Old Souq – Baniyas (CR3) from 10am to 11:35pm
- Al Fahidi – Al Sabkha (CR4) from 10am to 11:55pm
- Al Fahidi – Deira Old Souq (CR5) from 10am to 11:55pm
- Baniyas – Seef (CR6) from 10am to 12:20am (of the following day)
- Dubai Old Souq – Al Fahidi – Seef (CR7) from 3:10pm to 11:05pm
- Dubai Festival City – Dubai Creek Harbour (CR9) from 4pm to 11:35pm
- Al Jaddaf – Dubai Festival City (BM2) from 8am to 11:50pm
- Souk Al Marfa – Old Souq (CR12) from 4:20pm to 10:50pm
- Souk Al Marfa – Deira Old Souq (CR13) from 4:05pm to 10:35pm
- Tourist trips from Sheikh Zayed Road Station (TR6) from 4pm to 11pm

The Dubai Ferry schedules in Eid al Fitr will be:

- Dubai Water Canal – Al Ghubaiba at 2:20pm and 7:20pm
- Dubai Water Canal – Marina Mall at 1:50pm and 6:50pm
- Bluewaters – Al Ghubaiba at 1:20pm and 6:20pm
- Bluewaters – Marina Mall at 2:50pm and 7:50pm
- Tourist trips from Seef (FR3) at 4:30pm
- Tourist trips from Marina Mall (FR4) at 11:30am and 4:30pm
- Souk Al Marfa – Al Ghubaiba (CR10) from 6:15pm to 9:45pm

The Water Taxi service is available from Marina Mall to Bluewaters (BM3) during specific hours. It runs from 4:15 pm to 11:45 pm, but passengers can request a ride starting at 3 pm until 11 pm. However, it is essential to book in advance to avail of the service.
During the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, the Customer Service Counters at Vehicle Testing Centres will remain closed from Thursday to Sunday. Regular official working hours will resume on Monday. Likewise, the Vehicle Testing Service for technical inspection will be closed on Friday and Saturday, and official working hours will resume on Sunday.
Customer Happiness Centres will also be closed from Thursday to Sunday, and regular official working hours will resume on Monday. However, the Smart Customer Happiness Centres located at Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Manara, Al Kifaf, and RTA’s head office will operate as usual around the clock.
