The Hive’s Theatre Festival 2024 is the largest children’s festival in the Middle East, organized by The Hive. This month-long event, running through May and June, is by Children for Children, featuring 700 young performers in 66 different shows. With an audience of 5,000 people, this festival is free and open to everyone, aiming to spread the joy of theatre and performance. The goal is to make theatre accessible to children across the region, believing that good theatre inspires kids to create great theatre themselves.

About The Hive
The Hive is Dubai’s top Performance Arts school, offering programs in Speech & Drama and Communication Skills for individuals aged 4 and up. Every year, over 1,000 students take the Trinity College London performance arts exams under The Hive’s guidance. The Hive is also proud to host the city’s largest children’s live plays festival.

Elephant In My Kitchen

Meet Ally, Zeeks, and Zo, who are in for a surprise when they find an elephant munching on chocolate biscuits in their kitchen! With a rhino on the bed and a tiger in the bathroom, how will they get rid of these wild guests? This playful and imaginative story is perfect for younger audiences.

Evan
