The Sheikh Zayed Festival will be back from November 1, 2024, all the way till February 28, 2025 – and it promises to be bigger and better than we’ve ever seen it! Set to be held in the vibrant Al Wathba area, this festival is a tribute to the UAE’s rich heritage, celebrating its customs and traditions across its stunning landscapes. A Global Celebration Of Culture
This year, over 27 countries will take part in the festival, adding an international flair to this beloved cultural event. The theme for 2024 is “Closer,” emphasising unity and togetherness. The festival will also take you on a journey through the UAE’s heritage, with events that showcase life in the country’s mountains, deserts, coastal areas, and agricultural regions. With over 6,000 cultural events and 1,000 live performances, expect to be wowed by the innovative designs, unique experiences, new activities and attractions lined up for you every week!

A Special Union Day Program
The festival coincides with Union Day, and there’s a special 14-day program in store. You’ll find folk shows, raffles, concerts, and more. One of the highlights will be the Union Parade, a spectacular celebration of the UAE’s national values and spirit of unity. And, every Saturday, throughout the Festival at 10 PM stunning firework displays will overtake the Abu Dhabi skies!
