Brisk Walking:
Brisk walking is a light, easy and yet effective exercise. It is not too harsh on your joints or does not involve any heavy lifting whatsoever. Plus walking is also have said to increase your creativity. Walking with a speed of about 3 to 4 miles per hour is said to be brisk walking. Bonus: the next time you have to buy a thing or two from the grocery store, walk to your destination.
A Good Night’s Sleep:
A good 7 to 8 hours of sleep is a must for good cardiovascular health. 30 minutes prior to sleeping, detach yourself from everything, like your laptop and mobile phone, so that you can get a sound sleep.
Stress Busters:
Everybody has some or the other thing they do to reduce stress, it could be drawing, painting, reading a book or even cleaning. Takeout at least 10 to 15 minutes everyday for such activities.
