A New York Style Central Park Will Soon Open In Dubai!

Meraas ( Dubai Developer) has announced a new residential project in its City Walk development in Dubai, which is centred on a 40,000-square-meter private park “reminiscent of New York’s famed Central Park.” Central Park Dubai as the name suggests will be a bit smaller but quite identical to the one in New York. This project is currently in progress, but expect to have almost all the best features! It is currently called Central Park at City Walk & is located in Jumeirah’s Al Wasl neighbourhood. It is a part of the City Walk project. This area is just two minutes away from City Walk’s retail complex.

It will have 12 residential buildings and a 230,000 sqm private park. Initially, it will have 187 apartments. These apartments will have one to four bedrooms. Some other features that you can expect here are a huge multi-purpose play area, two large rooftops, spas, cafes, squash, basketball & tennis courts, swimming pools, outdoor fitness stations and yoga and meditation zones and so much more! It will also have a dog park and a running track. Park will be pedestrian-free and car-free making it a perfect place to enjoy some beautiful nature time!
