Several adjustments were made to the UAE’s pandemic laws and prohibitions last week. While these modifications have primarily resulted in a relaxation of restrictions, certain critical safety precautions remain in place, notably in Abu Dhabi. You can cross the border between Dubai & Abu Dhabi without a Green Pass, but you will need one to enter into public places like hotels, restaurants, gyms, malls, cinemas, theme parks, shops and other leisure, entertainment and recreational venues.

If you are over the age of 16, you must be completely vaccinated to obtain the Green Pass on the Alhson app. You should have received both doses of a vaccination approved by the UAE. If you had your second dosage more than six months ago, you must also have received a third ‘booster’ injection. If you don’t have a booster, you won’t be able to use your Green
You must also have had a current negative PCR test. Green Passes will be active for 14 days following a negative outcome. Negative PCR tests cannot be presented in place of a Green Pass to enter public venues, according to the rules. Those who have had their exemptions granted through the proper means can keep their Green Pass for seven days after a negative PCR.
