Snowbell Restaurant Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Deepak Bhatia as the Chief Executive Officer with effect from 21st March 2022. Deepak Bhatia comes from the position of Senior Vice President of Lite Bite Foods, A sister concern of Dabur India Group and was heading the brands like Punjab Grill, You Mee and many others for Asian Continent. His leadership has been instrumental in the growth of the brand.

Deepak Bhatia has an extensive experience of more than 25 years in the hospitality industry. He has worked with some of the finest F&B brands like Nirula’s, Ruby Tuesday, Sbarro, Mandarin Trail, The Yellow Chilli and Sura Vie. In the past, he spearheaded the project of creating a base kitchen at Ruby Tuesday, where the sauces and seasonings which were being sourced from outside started creating in India. Bhatia holds a degree in Hotel Management and an MBA in sales and marketing and is respected for his significant contributions to the industry.
