All You Need To Know About The Expo 2020 Dubai Food Festival!

Expo 2020 Dubai now has its cuisine festival, which foodies just can’t wait to attend. This festival started yesterday  Monday, February 14, with a special Expo Restaurant Week that will last two weeks, through February 27.

Foodies will eat at picked informal cafes throughout the fortnight, which will offer two-course lunch menus for AED 95 or three-course meals for AED 150. Fine dining establishments offer two-course lunch menus for AED 125 and three-course dinner menus for AED 250. Check out the list of participating restaurants here. Dine-in and earn a complimentary Season Pass Finale ticket to Expo 2020 Dubai if you book your reservation using the EatApp 48 hours in advance.

From February 18 to March 6, the culinary event will also feature a BBQ Festival at Festival Garden. Alkebulan’s smokehouse cuisine will be available to guests. The African Dining Hall, The Hill Country Barbecue Market, Mattar Farms’ The Local Farm, and Just Vegan’s plant-based offerings. The participating restaurants can be found here. The festival also offers live entertainment throughout the week as well as entertaining kid-friendly activities.

Expo will introduce a Foodie Passport (between February 21st and March 13th)  in which guests may acquire stamps as they ‘dine around the world.’ Details have yet to be revealed so stay tuned for them! The only tickets available for Expo 2020 Dubai are the AED 50 Season Pass Finale and the AED 275 Premium Experience one-day pass. There is also a ‘bring a friend’ promotion running from February 14 to 18, allowing Season Pass or Season Pass Finale holders to invite a companion for free for one day only. It is only available till February 28th.
