If you’re a business, securing a fireworks permit is actually pretty simple. You’ll need to apply for a no-objection certificate (NOC) from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA). This certificate clears you to conduct laser or pyrotechnic displays. However, keep in mind that permits are only granted to businesses for entertainment events, not individuals.
