First Bridge
The first bridge spans 601 metres, featuring two lanes and is designed to handle up to 3,200 vehicles per hour. This bridge is a game-changer for those heading east from Garn Al Sabkha Street to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and then continuing towards Al Qusais and Sharjah. With this new addition, your peak-hour journey will drop from 20 minutes to just 12 minutes – cutting your travel time by a whopping 40%.

Spanning 943 metres, this bridge will connect Garn Al Sabkha Street with Al Asayel Street. It will feature two lanes in each direction, allowing up to 8,000 vehicles per hour to pass through. Once completed, it will significantly enhance traffic flow between two of Dubai’s major highways – Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road.
With 97% of the project already finished, Dubai’s road network is about to see a huge upgrade.
