Community Fitness Events Guided By Yasir Khan Are Here

An open to everyone, free event is coming to Dubai very soon. Celebrity fitness trainer Yasir Khan is hosting the TYB Challenge Finale open to the community in October and there could not be a better time than to align it with the vision of HH Sheikh Hamdan’s Dubai 30×30 fitness challenge. The event that is presented by UV Events is taking place on Saturday, 30th October, the first weekend of the Dubai Fitness 30×30 challenge at DAMAC Hills, Cricketfield.

This challenge (Transform Your Body) started about 3 months ago with different challenges & tasks each month as a way to motivate participants & encourage them to move towards their fitness goals. The finale will be an event where the top 30 finalists will compete in a competitive circuit challenging their endurance, power & stamina followed by free fitness activities for everyone.

Alongside the finale, the free to attend event, in association with URBO by omniscient and co-sponsored by Hemani group, is open to everyone to participate in fitness activities. There will be free group classes for adults & children alike. Here is the list of complete events:
