Daytrip Fans Attending The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Can Now Apply For A Hayya Card!

Hayya Card

A Hayya card is a personalized document that is issued and required by every single person attending any of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 matches. Both a Hayya card and the applicable match ticket are required to access the stadium on a match day.

It is essential that all visitors arriving in Qatar between November 1, 2022, and January 23, 2023 apply for one before arrival. Previously, Hayya Card applications could not be completed by fans without accommodation.

But there are hundreds of daily shuttle flights bringing football fans into Qatar for World Cup matches and most of them do not book an overnight stay. That is why as of August 15, daytrippers can apply for their Hayya Card with just their travel details!

So if you’ll be travelling into Qatar for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, make sure you have all the paperwork in place in plenty of time.

A Hayya Card is super useful and would ensure that the football fans in Qatar are in for a super smooth ride.

Match Day Shuttle

The Match Day Shuttle service allows fans who are not staying in Qatar to fly to the country, watch a game of their choice and return to their point of origin within 24 hours.

The services are being offered by Qatar Airways and a host of carriers in the region, including Saudia, flydubai, Air Arabia, Kuwait Airways and Oman Air.

The Match Day Hayya Card will provide its holders a number of benefits, including entry to the State of Qatar, entry to stadiums (with a valid match ticket) and access to free public transport.

The Hayya Card website and mobile app are now accepting applications from fans using Match Day Shuttle services. Fans simply need to provide their travel details in order to receive their Hayya Card. So to have a super fun and seamless experience, apply now for your Hayya Card by heading to hayya.qatar2022.qa.
