Launched in 2017 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, the DFC challenges everyone to commit to 30 minutes of daily activity for 30 days. This year, the Dubai Fitness Challenge is introducing some thrilling new events. Get ready to make splashes at the newest Dubai Swim! That’s right this water-based sporting event will complete the Dubai triathlon series: Dubai Run, Ride and now Swim!
Not only that, The Mai Dubai Half Marathon is making its debut, along with a World Obstacle Course Race. There will also be separate triathlon events, a full wellness festival, and a focus on the increasingly popular sport of padel.
