UAE people never fail to inspire us! But who thought a tiny five-year-old boy would inspire us with his honesty! He was even awarded and recognised by the Dubai Police for his honesty!
Dubai Police has officially acknowledged a five-year-old child in Dubai after he turned in AED 4,000 in cash he found. When Nigel Ners discovered the cash, the first thing on his mind was honesty, as his immediate reaction was to give it over to the nearest Dubai Police station which is in Al Qusais. The money has finally been returned to its rightful owner.
Brigadier Abdulhalim Muhammad Al Hashmi, Director of Al Qusais Police Station, congratulated the honest youngster for his honesty and presented him with an official certificate of recognition. “We always encourage the public to cooperate with the police force. Dubai Police are keen on strengthening the concept of community partnership & reinforcing the sense of responsibility among individuals,” Brig. Al Hashmi said.
