The second edition of Dubai Police digital assets will be released at Gitex 2022. Individuals who are interested in owning them should keep an eye out. The collection has 150 free digital objects that represent the innovation, security and communication principles of the force.
The Dubai Police received more than 7,000 direct messages from participants through its social media platforms.
According to Brigadier Al Razooqi, Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police, “All participants were contacted to confirm digital wallet addresses and those who met the requirements were shortlisted in a raffle draw, of which 150 individuals won and received Dubai Police digital assets for free.”
Meanwhile, Dubai Police general command released its first collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) during the second quarter of this year. Up to 22.91 million people from all around the world registered their interest in obtaining them.
The total number of comments on the Dubai Police announcement of launching the first set of digital assets reached 4,017 comments!
Dubai police is the first police department in the world to create its digital assets and that is in line with the UAE government’s growing interest in digital assets. This also contributes in attracting those interested in this modern digital trend.
