Dubai has 100K new arrivals which have resulted in Dubai’s population is 3.5 million. According to Dubai’s Statistics Centre, the milestone was reached on Thursday afternoon when it reached 3,500,105 people. Between April 2020 and this year, the population increased by 100,000. And Dubai plans to have a population of 5.8 million people by 2040.
That expansion has been mirrored in education, with the school population now exceeding 300,000 for the first time in history. And, with the new visa rules and projected economic growth of 3.8 per cent, it appears that the UAE is becoming an increasingly appealing place to live. In the meantime, the UAE has a population of slightly more than 10 million people.
