For residents of Nadd Hessa, navigating the roads is about to become a whole lot easier. A newly built two-lane road, connected to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street, will handle up to 6,000 vehicles per hour. The addition of a roundabout ensures seamless entry and exit for both Nadd Hessa and Dubai Silicon Oasis. The project also includes a signalized junction that will dramatically reduce travel times, cutting the average wait from 138 seconds to just 37 seconds.
