The Roadmap to Faster Journeys
Dubai’s RTA has set its sights on enhancing the city’s transportation infrastructure by constructing dedicated lanes for taxis and buses. These lanes will span a total length of 13.1 kilometres across these 6 key roads:
- Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah Street
- 2nd of December Street
- Al Satwa Road
- Al Nahda Street
- Omar bin Al Khattab Street
- Naif Street
Time-Saving Measures
Scheduled for completion between 2025 and 2027, this ambitious project will expand Dubai’s network of dedicated bus lanes to cover a distance of 20.1 kilometres.
