If you’ve already booked your flights with Emirates, the next steps are a breeze. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to apply for your Dubai visa online:

  1. Log into Your Emirates Profile: After booking your tickets, visit your Emirates profile and navigate to the ‘manage your booking’ section.
  2. Initiate the Visa Application: Scroll down until you spot the ‘Apply for a UAE Visa’ option.
  3. Select Your Flight Itinerary: Choose the relevant flight itinerary for which you need a UAE visa. Remember, you can apply online between four days and 60 days before your travel date.
  4. Complete Passenger Details: Fill in essential passenger information, including passport details and your country of residence.
  5. Submit Required Documents: Prepare clear, color scans or photos of a passport-sized picture and your passport information.
  6. Payment and Confirmation: After completing your application and settling the fees, expect your e-visa to arrive electronically within three to four working days. You can retrieve it from the Emirates website or via email from Dubai Immigration.

  1. Download the Application Form: Begin by downloading the prearranged visa application form here.
  2. Complete the Form: Fill out the form and gather all required documents.
  3. Visit a Submission Venue: Head to the nearest visa submission venue. In Dubai, you can submit your documents at locations such as Dubai International (Terminal 3 Arrivals), Emirates Ticketing Office in Jumeirah or Deira, and VFS Global Services GCC in Wafi Mall.
