Festive Indian Christmas Brunch At Tandoori Tina
Add a touch of festivity to your celebrations with the Christmas Brunch at Tandoor Tina on the 25th of December. With tables bearing signs of Christmas cheer and décor, the DJ spins the best of the ’70s, 80’s, 90’s retro tunes that will have dancing throughout the evening.
The Christmas Brunch menu features starters of Okra Chips, Raita, Spicy mango salad, Portobello mushroom and the main dishes include a flavoursome selection of Charred butternut squash, with smoked aioli, coconut amchur, forest honey, Black pepper prawns with peanut, coconut mint, and Confit duck leg with pumpkin puree, and cucumber jalapeno salsa to name a few.
The resident pastry chef and creative culinary director, Chef Trisha Henault, has prepared delicious treats for the holiday season, including Warm Ginger-Chocolate Bread Pudding and the restaurant’s signature Peanut Butter Pie with milk fudge.

The night’s bountiful and festive feast is carefully crafted by Chef Trisha Singh Henault, Tandoor Tina’s Creative Culinary Director, incorporating her vision on focusing on purely contemporary Indian cuisine, following the brand’s refresh to move towards a more sophisticated direction while catering to every palate with a lighter healthier menu still full of richness and flavour.
In keeping with the season of giving, a divine New Year’s Eve menu is offered as part of the sharing concept touched by nostalgic notes of Indian cuisine while reviving the flavours and smells of Tina’s exotic travels and her love of grilling, charring, smoking food over the fire on the grill and tandoor oven. Begin the night with sumptuous dishes like Spicy Mango Salad, Chicken Samosa, and Saffron Chicken Tikka. Among the main dishes that will delight your palate will be the Portobello mushroom with yoghurt, coriander & rosemary dressing, Duck biryani topped with yoghurt, raisins, pecans Coal Roasted Red Snapper, with coconut curry, lemongrass and Gunpowder Lamb Chops, with mint & pomegranate.
Enjoy a farewell treat with the Mini Dessert Thali, which consists of a selection of the finest desserts the restaurant has to offer. These include succulent cardamom milk cake, passionfruit baba, cheesecake, peanut butter pie, petit fours, and fresh fruits.
