A very special local VIP guest would frequently visit Cinque and always order a burrata. This inspired Chef Giuseppe to head to the kitchen and create this unique delicacy. The result was Chef Giuseppe presenting the 22 karat gold Sheikh burrata – 250grams of mouthwatering burrata from Puglia, Italy.

This spectacular dish is served with rocket, the juiciest tomatoes, truffle and is then topped with 22 karat gold leaf. It has quickly and very deservingly become one of their signature dishes. It is a favourite of all the patrons and also one of the most frequently requested.
