Dubai’s step forward to becoming a home as the Middle East’s largest tourism destination resort. Proposals of this mega project were done by Moon World Resorts Inc. which has an investment of Dhs 18 billion.
The resort consists of everything from a spa, night club and events centre to luxury residences, a ‘moon shuttle’ and training services for various space agencies and astronauts from around the world. The resort imitates the moon sphere and is known as ‘ Lunar colony ‘. The design phases’s brainchild is Sandra G. Matthews and Michael R. Henderson.
It would be intended, in collaboration with space organizations, to establish Dubai as a global hub for inexpensive space tourism.
The team is about to embark on a tour in 2023 to promote Moon to potential licensees around the Middle East, with Dubai among the target markets, along with cities in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
Moon World Resorts Inc. intends to license four Moon resorts throughout the world, one in each of North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
