Opened just after the Infinity Bridge heading towards Sheikh Zayed Road, this new route is already cutting down travel times and reducing traffic stress. The bridge connects Al Khaleej Street to Khalid bin Al Waleed Road, which leads directly to popular areas like the Dubai Frame and Al Khail Road. While the new bridge is a game changer in the morning, evenings still see some congestion, especially around the Infinity Bridge and near the exit towards Al Ittihad Road from Al Mamzar. The roads get narrower closer to Sharjah, which slows things down a bit. However, there’s hope that upcoming roadworks – especially on Corniche Street—will soon help ease that pressure too.
