Restaurant closures during these times of COVID 19 have been heartbreaking, not just for the staff but also for the patrons who love their food. But with the easing of restrictions, one of our favourite Asian restaurant, Mekong is reopening its doors for dine-in and take away!
The Reopening
The Mekong, at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort’s award-winning Asian kitchen is all set to re-open doors on Thursday, May 21, 2020, following temporary closure in March. The restaurant that is well known for its authentic Asian dishes opens just in time for Eid Al Fitr celebrations.
Mekong’s Beautiful Ambience
It is situated on the East Crescent in Palm Jumeirah overlooking the city’s glittering skyline. Visitors have an option to choose between sitting at the rickshaw tables looking at the beautiful scenic views or reserve the private dining room and be surrounded by their little Thai-paradise vibes.
The Food
Visitors can Indulge in a variety of delicious Thai preparations whilst enjoying a range of other appetizing Chinese and Vietnamese dishes. Our favourites are Lobster Red Curry, Braised beef noodle soup and the much talked about Mango Sticky Rice!
