The Suwaidi Pearls pearl farm is located in the small fishing village of Al Rams, which nestles at the bottom of the majestic Al Hajar mountain range in Ras Al Khaimah. It was established in 2005 by Mr. Abdulla Al Suwaidi, the world’s first Arabian pearl farmer.
Suwaidi Pearls provides locally sourced pearls to jewelers around the world that keeps this old age tradition alive in the region. Hundreds of years before oil and tourism boosted the UAE’s economy, it was pearls that kept the country alive.
