One Rule
Kokoro Handroll Bar does have one rule though – it’s first come, first serve. This restaurant doesn’t do the traditional reservation system. So, if you want a taste of all the goodness yourself or think you have a shot of getting that free such with your unique rubber duck then you’ll have to be ahead of the game and get there before the crowd sets in.
