To start, guests can enjoy a comforting Soup of the Day, a delicious Wood-Charred Caesar Salad topped with beef bacon crumble, smoked croutons, and parmesan, or crispy Fried Calamari, perfect for sharing. Vegetarians can indulge in the rich, flavourful Eggplant Parmigiana, a classic dish layered with taste and texture. For the main course, diners can choose from three expertly crafted dishes. The Beef Stroganoff, served with creamy mashed potatoes, offers a hearty and comforting option. The Wood-Charred Chicken Breast is paired with baby potatoes, mushrooms, and a fragrant tarragon chicken jus, while seafood lovers can opt for the Organic Pan-Fried Salmon, accompanied by roasted baby potatoes, grilled broccolini, fennel salad, and a delicate lemongrass beurre blanc.
