The tentative date for Ramadan to start this year is Saturday, April 2. Hence the UAE government has announced the working hours for the same. During the holy month, Federal government departments will be operational from 9 AM to 2 PM from Monday to Thursday and on Fridays, from 9 AM to midday. These hours are solely applicable to employees in the public sector.
