In both the Oman Sea and the Arabian Sea, the National Center of Meteorology issued an orange alert, alerting residents to be on the lookout for hazards. The cold weather is predicted to resume, with temperatures dropping even further. It will be especially cold at night, with the possibility of frost formation by Saturday morning in some areas.
Over some coastal, northern, and eastern areas, the sky is expected to be dusty and partly cloudy at times. Fresh winds, which can be quite strong at times, will blow dust and sand around, lessening horizontal visibility. “[It will] dusty and partly cloudy at times over some coastal and northern areas, with another significant drop in temperatures, and a probability of frost formation over some areas by Saturday morning,” the NCM said.
