This week, Dubai will host South Korea at the Al Maktoum Stadium in the penultimate game of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification, and a win will be required for the UAE to advance to the fourth round!
South Korea has qualified for the World Cup finals and will be hoping to finish their campaign with a victory. They have gone unbeaten in nine games so far and are on course to finish the season unblemished.
Even though the visitors do not have much at risk here, a win is required for UAE to advance to the fourth round. In that game, the third-placed team from Group A will meet Australia to determine which Asian nation advances to the inter-conference playoffs.
To attend the game at the stadium, a valid ticket will be necessary, and football fans will be required to provide either a negative PCR test taken no more than 96 hours previous to the game or they will be forced to use the Green Pass system.
