We all love a nice steaming hot cup of coffee in the morning, it is our fuel on a lethargic Monday. Drinking coffee in the morning can keep you a lot for the next 1 to 6 hours, basically coffee increases your energy and concentration which means you can get done with work faster. We all know the effects of coffee or not brain but what it does to our body is still a mystery to many. So you are or some things that coffee does to your body:
“Our study results and evidence from previous studies suggest that regular coffee intake may aid in weight loss and in achieving better overall health if it is incorporated into a healthful diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, fish and whole grains, but less of sugar and artificially sweetened beverages and processed and red meat,” said Derrick Johnston Alperet, the study’s co-author and a postdoctoral fellow at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
It is said that coffee is dehydrating and can act as an bladder irritant as well. So if you have any bladder related issues cut down on your coffee.
Coffee works in different ways for different people. After having a cup of coffee in the afternoon you can lie awake at 2 AM but for some people they sleep like a baby after having a cup after dinner. So it all depends upon you and your body how it reacts to coffee.
