The northern runway maintenance is scheduled to take place from May 9 to June 22, 2022, during which a lot of FlyDubai flights will operate from DWC. Flights to a variety of locations, including Oman, Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, will be disrupted, but passengers flying into and out of Dubai World Central will continue to enjoy all of the simple travel options provided by flydubai.
This includes free airport parking as well as a complimentary shuttle bus service between all terminals at DXB and DWC every half hour for passengers connecting from DXB. Flydubai will resume flights to all destinations from Dubai International on June 22 after the runway work is completed. Routes that are not impacted will continue to operate from DXB’s Terminals 2 and 3. Passengers with impacted bookings will be contacted by the airline for additional information.
