Dubai’s Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) has built the first Metaverse Customer Service Center in the world. All buyer queries, services, and duties will be answered by the new virtual service. It will do it all through an interactive digital sensory experience on the internet. The Metaverse is a computer representation of the real world. At the Arab Health and Medlab Middle East Exhibition and Congress 2022, the Metaverse customer service centre was unveiled.
Ready to explore the digital space? Customers’ journey is becoming 3 dimensional with our ‘Metaverse’ project. Together we will design a reality out of the visual world. #MOHAP #ArabHealth #ArabHealth2022 #Metaverse pic.twitter.com/UflNUDmnfU
