Make Way For Zuha Island – Dubai’s Newest Private Island Resort

Zuha Island is going to be the latest feather in Dubai’s ultra luxurious cap, currently under construction at the World Islands.

What Is Zuha Island?

Zuha Island will feature 70 exclusive villas. These dazzling & palatial waterside residences have been designed to provide residents with generous plots of land, a beachfront experience, city skyline views and the utmost level of privacy. They may even come with a pool, but we don’t have confirmation on that yet. Each villa embraces the whole island in one movement. The property is expected to be ready for handover by the last quarter of 2024.

The island will also play host to Zuha Resort. The retreat, spa and restaurants are strategically positioned while the 70 resort villas are nestled on the ocean’s edge with a canopy of undulating greenery.

Pricing & Location:

The boutique retreat is expected to start at a whopping cost of 60 million. However, you can also check-in for a gorgeous staycation by blue waters at the Zuha spa. The fabulous Zuha is situated at World Islands, which is already home to a luxurious Anantara property & Côte d’Azur Monaco resort – which is expected to open shortly.
